HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The location is ideal: easy access to both Mass St & KU campus. The apartment is awesome: clean, comfortable, relaxing & interior is recently refinished so “new”. As a return guest, the additional changes/upgrades since our last visit were obvious and much appreciated. Fantastic communicator: Fernando immediately responded to all queries. Several families were visiting our daughter for KU graduation so we reserved 3 adjacent apartments from Fernando - it was absolutely lovely to be collocated through "Stay Awhile" properties and relaxing together between graduation activities. Loved our stay and would choose “Stay Awhile” again (& again)

Great location, good beds, kitchen amenities were functional, and overall a descent place to stay. We would stay here again.

Clean
My priorities are clean and comfortable and this place offered both. It is also a convenient walk to stores and restaurants.
